Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Yorktown Heights Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a truly action-packed martial art, designed to teach you how to handle yourself while standing up... and even while laying on your back.
In each class you'll learn powerful submission & grappling techniques, get awesome conditioning to tone your body, and practice these techniques with your fellow classmates. All experience levels are welcome.
Adult Martial Arts
Our Yorktown Heights Adult Martial Arts Classes are a combination of old-school training and modern-style self-defense! As many other arts, it combines combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, and in some cases meditation and philosophy. Our Martial Arts training gets you in shape fast! These Martial Arts Classes will teach you both armed and unarmed methods of combat.
Our Martial Arts Classes are taught to adults of all ages in Yorktown Heights, New York. So if you've always been fascinated with Kenpo Karate, Combat JuJitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Tai, TaiChi or just Martial Arts in general, this is the Yorktown Heights class for you!
Kids Martial Arts
School teaches kids a lot of great things... but it lacks in many important life skills, like: discipline, goal setting, focus, a deep sense of respect, self-defense, and fitness. In every one of our Yorktown Heights Kids Martial Arts classes, your child will develop each of these and more.
And they'll have a ton of fun too. Every class contains group activities, games & more that encourage positive social skills, friend-making and fun.
