Elite Defensive Tactics is Westchester County’s leading mixed martial arts academy for personal development and self defense.  Dedicated to the self improvement of every student, our unique martial arts instruction enables each and every student, to achieve both their unique personal and fitness goals.  We offer classes from 3 years of age to adult, with a wide variety of classes.

Over the years, the staff at Westchester County Martial Arts Academy have appreciated your patronage and enthusiasm in learning how to protect yourself and your loved ones. We are excited to bring you the cutting edge of martial arts training in Westchester County. We have instituted new and innovated programs in our curriculum. This year alone we have developed a Lil' Dragon Program. This program was designed to help pre-school children and elementary children, ages 3-6, develop the necessary skills to advance into our basic Junior Program, ages 7-9 .  In addition, we have also added a Mixed Martial Art Programs, designed to help students develop ground fighting, grappling and kickboxing skills needed to compete in mixed martial arts events. We have also formed a Chen Style Tai Chi Program on Saturdays and a Women's Self Defense Course on Monday nights. Future seminars on Child Safety and Defeating the Bully will also be scheduled for this upcoming school year. There will be a Holiday Party that features our very successful Talent Show that everyone enjoyed last year. A Parents Night Out, where the parents get a night off to enjoy themselves and a Parents Participation Day, where the parents can finally get on the mat and interact with their children. These classes are all in conjunction with out extreme JuJitsu Program, our dynamic Traditional Kenpo Karate Program.   As you can see this school will provide you with a program tailored to your needs. It is a great way of keeping in shape and staying in shape.
