Westchester County Martial Arts, New York based martial arts academy, that provides a safe and family oriented martial arts experience for students of all ages.

Our mission is to foster self-improvement and personal development through focused training. We promote physical fitness and positive social interaction in a courteous and fun atmosphere. Our greatest responsibility is to instill in our students a sense of discipline and a code of ethics to inspire them to lead exemplary lives as leaders in the community.

 

Students and enthusiasts of Martial Arts have many reasons for their interest martial arts. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives, while many others are concerned about safety and self-defense. Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, at Westchester County Martial Arts you can find a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.

Over the years, the staff at Westchester County Martial Arts Academy have appreciated your patronage and enthusiasm in learning how to protect yourself and your loved ones. We are excited to bring you the cutting edge of martial arts training in Westchester County. We have instituted new and innovated programs in our curriculum. This year alone we have developed a Lil' Dragon Program. This program was designed to help pre-school children, ages 3-5, develop the necessary skills to advance into our basic Junior Program. In addition, we have also added a Mixed Martial Art Program, designed to help students develop ground fighting, grappling and kickboxing skills needed to compete in mixed martial arts events. We have also formed a Chen Style Tai Chi Program on Saturdays and a Women's Self Defense Course on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Future seminars on Child Safety and Defeating the Bully will also be scheduled for this upcoming school year. There will be a Holiday Party that features our very successful Talent Show that everyone enjoyed last year. A Parents Night Out, where the parents get a night off to enjoy themselves and a Parents Participation Day, where the parents can finally get on the mat and interact with their children. These classes are all in conjunction with out extreme JuJitsu Program, our dynamic Traditional Kenpo Karate Program and our Kyusho Jitsu Class, which deals with pressure point fighting and the healing aspects of martial arts. As you can see this school will provide you with a program tailored to your needs. It is a great way of keeping in shape and staying in shape.
